    Low-voltage Filter Reactor

    Filter reactors can effectively protect the capacitors, reduce overload caused by harmonics during compensation, and avoid the possibility of resonance with grid inductance.

    PRODUCT OVERVIEW

    If there are electricity loads generated by inverters, rectifiers and other devices that produce harmonics in the power grid, the capacitor cabinet needs to be equipped with filter reactors. Low-voltage filter reactors in series with capacitors can withstand the losses generated by fundamental and harmonic currents, and will not exceed the temperature range of the insulating material in normal conditions.

    KLD-FD series low-voltage filter reactors have high accuracy and linearity to withstand the switching of capacitors and will not cause saturation because of large grid harmonic distortions. Its iron core reactors designed with leakage prevention function have lower losses and noise levels.

    Low-voltage filter reactor and capacitor in series consist of low-voltage reactive power compensation device, which will provide reactive power compensation to the grid system, improve power factor, reduce losses from the line and transformer and play a vital role in supporting the voltage. It also suppresses the amplification of harmonic current, eliminates the hidden hazards of resonance, and fully protects the operation safety and service life of capacitors.

    In the production process, products are impregnated and solidified under vacuum to avoid the impact of water molecule on the performance and service life of reactor. Each reactor is equipped with an over-temperature protection point for the customer to ensure that the linkage switch can be quickly and reliably cut off under abnormal conditions.

    HIGH LINEARITY AND SHORT-TIME CURRENT

    Linearity and short-time current are important parameters, 2.0ln linearity and 50 times rated short-time current.

    The magnetic field is produced when the coil flows through the current and Reactance coefficient as the current increases. When it reaches a certain level and can not continue to enhance, i.e., "magnetic saturation", the inductance value experience a parabolic decline from a fixed value. KLD-FD series reactors will not be magnetically saturated when passing 2.01n.
